Custom authentication provider for all of Asurafin's client portals
01 / Overview
In an effort to streamline and secure user authentication across all client portals provided by Asurafin, we developed a custom Keycloak website that serves as the backbone for our comprehensive authentication system. This project has successfully empowered thousands of Asurafin's clients with a secure, efficient, and tailored authentication experience, marking a significant advancement in our client service offerings.
Design: This project involved the conversion of Figma designs into custom Keycloak templates, establishing a versatile base template from which client-specific versions could be derived. This customisation allowed for the incorporation of individual client logos and brand colours, offering a personalised authentication experience
Methods: Leveraging the capabilities of the Phase Two Keycloak package, we introduced alternative authentication methods, including social logins, one-time passwords (OTPs), and magic links, significantly enhancing user accessibility and security
Email: Custom email templates were crafted for each of Keycloak’s email functions, ensuring a cohesive and branded communication strategy
